The quote tool
The quoter collects your sex, date of birth, how you rate your health, tobacco/nicotine consumption, desired death benefit, and coverage span. This data goes to the carriers' rate-calculation engine to produce your quotes but is not retained on this domain. Getting rate estimates never requires your name, address, phone, or email. The same request made twice may pull from a brief temporary file to avoid asking the carriers again.
Applying
When you move forward with an application, the details you entered are transferred into a protected application managed by the carriers' system, where their privacy rules take over. The Susman Insurance Agency, operating under California License 0B75129, oversees all applications.
The contact form
The inquiry form requests your full name, email address, optional phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, the subject, and your inquiry text. Your message is sent directly to the agency; your email serves as the return address. This website stores no copies, no message database, and no history of submissions. A lightweight spam filter runs within your browser before dispatch.
Measurement
This website uses a first-party, tracking-free measurement system delivered from its own domain. No tracking pixels or session identifiers are installed; portions of your IP address are obscured prior to storage; referring URL parameters are excluded; access logs are purged after ninety days. When your browser transmits a Do Not Track signal or activates Global Privacy Control, you are skipped from analytics entirely.
What we do not do
Your data is never traded, licensed to others, or used for marketing purposes. We abstain from tracking cookies and from embedding external analytics. The application page is the only place where outside code appears—carriers' secure application system—and only if you navigate to it.
